Produktlebenszyklus-Management: Verantwortung für den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus der Bagger – kontinuierliche Sammlung und Auswertung von Leistungsdaten und Kundenfeedback zur stetigen Produktverbesserung.
Kunden- & Marktanforderungen: Erfassung und Priorisierung technischer und marktseitiger Anforderungen von Kunden und Partnern; enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Konstruktion und Marketing zur zielgerichteten Umsetzung.
Prototypen- & Pilotversuche: Begleitung und Koordination von Pilot- und Prototypentests für Bagger in den Zielmärkten; Auswertung der Ergebnisse und Ableitung technischer sowie funktionaler Optimierungen.
Technische Unterstützung: Fachliche Unterstützung von Vertriebs-, Service-Teams und Kunden in allen Fragen rund um das Bagger-Produktportfolio.
Schulung & Dokumentation: Erstellung und Pflege technischer Dokumentationen sowie Entwicklung von Schulungsunterlagen für Bediener, Servicetechniker und Vertriebsteams.
Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Abstimmung mit den chinesischen Entwicklungsteams zur Anpassung und Weiterentwicklung von Baggerplattformen für den europäischen Markt.
Reisetätigkeit: Bereitschaft zu internationalen Dienstreisen (bis zu 30 %), insbesondere in Europa und nach China.

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (z. B. Maschinenbau, Bauingenieurwesen, Fahrzeugtechnik oder vergleichbar).
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Baggertechnik – insbesondere Hydraulik-, Mechanik- und Elektroniksysteme – sowie im Bereich Software und funktionale Sicherheit.
Erfahrung mit Telematiksystemen oder elektrischen/hybriden Antrieben in Baumaschinen von Vorteil.
Analytische Denkweise, überzeugende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und hohe Kundenorientierung.
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
Führerschein Klasse B (Klasse C wünschenswert).
Bereitschaft zu internationaler Reisetätigkeit.

Your mission

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the complete lifecycle of excavator products—continuously gather performance data and feedback to drive ongoing product improvements.
Customer & Market Requirements: Collect and prioritize technical and market requirements from customers and stakeholders; work closely with R&D, design, and marketing to integrate these insights effectively.
Prototype & Pilot Testing: Oversee pilot and prototype test phases for excavators in target markets; analyze results and propose technical and functional enhancements.
Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to sales, service teams, and customers regarding excavator products.
Training & Documentation: Develop comprehensive technical documentation and training materials for operators, service personnel, and sales teams focused on excavator solutions.
International Collaboration: Liaise with Chinese development teams to adapt and enhance excavator platforms for the European market.
Travel: Willingness to travel up to 30%, including Europe and China.

Your profile

Completed technical degree (B.Sc. or higher) in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.
Thorough knowledge of excavator systems—hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical—as well as software and functional safety aspects.
Experience working with telematics or electric/hybrid drivetrains in construction machines is a plus.
Strong analytical mindset, confident communication skills, and high customer orientation.
Excellent command of English (spoken and written).
European driving license (Class B; Class C preferred).
Readiness for international travel.
