Hydraulic Engineer (m/f/x) – Mobile Cranes

Your mission

Design and development of hydraulic systems for mobile cranes
Selection of suitable components (valves, pumps, cylinders, hoses) in coordination with suppliers
Creation of hydraulic schematics and layouts using modern CAD tools
System analysis and optimization in terms of energy efficiency, responsiveness, and compactness
Support during commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting in prototype and series phases
Close cooperation with electrical, mechanical, procurement, and production departments

Your profile

Degree in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on fluid technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in hydraulic system development, ideally in construction or commercial vehicles
Proficiency in hydraulic schematic software and CAD tools (e.g., Creo, EPlan Fluid, AutoCAD)
Knowledge of relevant standards and safety requirements for mobile hydraulics
Structured, solution-oriented approach with a high degree of initiative
Strong English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus
Team-oriented mindset and willingness to collaborate across disciplines

Entwicklung und Konstruktion von Hydrauliksystemen für mobile Krane
Auswahl geeigneter Komponenten (Ventile, Pumpen, Zylinder, Leitungen) in Abstimmung mit Lieferanten
Erstellung von Hydraulikplänen und -layouts mithilfe moderner CAD-Tools
Analyse und Optimierung von Systemen hinsichtlich Energieeffizienz, Dynamik und Kompaktheit
Unterstützung bei Inbetriebnahme, Tests sowie technischen Problemlösungen im Prototypenbau und Serienprozess
Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Elektrik, Mechanik, Einkauf und Produktion

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Maschinenbau, mit Schwerpunkt Fluidtechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von Hydrauliksystemen, idealerweise im Bereich Nutz- oder Baumaschinen
Sicherer Umgang mit Hydraulikschema-Software und CAD-Tools (z. B. Creo, EPlan Fluid, AutoCAD)
Kenntnisse relevanter Normen und Sicherheitsanforderungen in der mobilen Hydraulik
Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hoher Eigeninitiative
Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Deutschkenntnisse wünschenswert
Teamfähigkeit und Bereitschaft zur interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
